Testing Policy
Flexible

US high school graduates must present a high school diploma with at least 4 AP exams (grades 3-5, preferably 4-5) in relevant subjects to qualify as equivalent to the Dutch pre-university VWO diploma.

Institutional Selectivity
Highly Competitive (~30.0% (Numerus Fixus: PPLE <15%, Psych ~20%))

Dutch higher education distinguishes between open programs (guaranteed entry with Dutch VWO equivalent diploma) and "Numerus Fixus" quota programs (competitive ranking test required). PPLE and Psychology are capped and highly selective.

Scores must be less than two years old. Native English speakers and IB English A students are exempt.
